Mechanical engineer – Buildings:

Requirements

–         Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering
–         Minimum 10 years’ experience.
–         Provides of mechanical engineering knowledge (design & implementation) on:
–         HVAC systems (Chilled water system, Air handlers, and DX system).
–         Plumbing systems (Drainage, water supply, and rain water systems).
–         Fire Fighting systems (Wet & dry systems, FM200 & Novec system, etc….).
–         Pumps
–         Conveying systems.
–         Irrigation system.
–         Mechanical site external networks, and other mechanical equipment.
–         Familiar with design of ducting Works.
–         Familiar with mechanical software (HAP, Elite, etc….)
–         Familiar with the mechanical international codes & standards, and Saudi building code.
–         Reviews mechanical submittals including vendors, shop drawings and mechanical layout drawings, mechanical  reports and specifications for compliance with the Contract requirements and design intent.
–         Coordinates with other disciplines during the design stage.
–         Ensures subcontractors compliance with applicable engineering codes, standards, policies, and procedures.
–         Pre-resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems at site that may arise at any time.
