A major contracting company in KSA is looking to hire immediately:
Quantity Manager:

Requirements:
–      Bachelor degree in civil engineering
–      Minimum 15 years’ experience.
–      Supervising / Reviewing of Payment Applications, evaluation of Progress Statements and Issuance of Payment Certificates.
–      Supervising / Reviewing of Revised BOQ
–      Supervising / Reviewing of Scope of work
–      Supervising Progress co-ordination for supervision sites.
–      Supervising / Reviewing the quantities / Invoices of sub-contractors
–      Check and process sub-contractor’s Payment Applications.
–      Implement company strategies to achieve company vision and goals.
–      Provide value Engineering Report for all Quantity systems.
–      Identify risk issues and provide risk mitigation plan.
–      Support the Project Management Team (PM) during preparation of project baseline schedule, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS)…
–      Issue detailed QS and invoices ( contractors / client )
–      Arrange and attend meeting with Employer and Engineer/consultant to solve/fix any design issues up to design approval.
–      Coordinate and support project construction team during construction stage, testing and commissioning as well as during Project closeout phase.
–      Site visit to support site team whenever required.
–      Provide Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual progress reports (as required).
–      Support bidding team during bidding stage by providing required pre-Engineering, material take off (MTO)/BOQ
